A fun, energetic, and fun loving professional personal calisthenics fitness trainer with a Martial Arts background, willing to go that extra mile to make you look, feel, improve and illustrate your body in the best possible way.

 

I have been training all types of people for more than 10 years, raging from models, actors, music artists, athletes & business professionals that want to look and feel better with a new fitness challenge.

TRX Personal Training

Personal TRX® Suspension Training® is a one-on-one service, group training or boot camps for everyone!  A fun new exercise training method for those that are new to fitness, fitness enthusiasts or atheletes wanting to build a stronger core, increase strenght, balance, stability, mobility, coordination, weight control and improve your overall efficiency all at the same time.

 

Training Methods

You will be challenged everytime!  Having a combination of body weight training and cardio with a variety of standard TRX training methods and new fun exciting unconventional techniques that I have come up from years of training with TRX Suspension Trainer.
